TalentAI services, and in particular the Le Bureau SaaS platform, may be hosted on separate infrastructure located in France or in the European Union, with providers that meet the requirements of the GDPR.

3. TalentAI's activity

TalentAI is a company specialising in the development, publishing and commercialisation of technology solutions based on artificial intelligence.

On that basis, TalentAI designs and operates in particular:

  • business-oriented artificial intelligence agents,
  • PaaS platforms for running and supervising AI agents,
  • virtualised environments enabling the automation of tasks,
  • plugins, connectors and integration modules,
  • installation, support, maintenance, integration and training services.

The Le Bureau platform is a cloud operating system enabling the deployment of autonomous AI agents in dedicated computing environments.

TalentAI operates exclusively B2B, with professional clients.

4. Intellectual property

The whole of the TalentAI website, its structure, its content and the associated technologies are protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Protected material includes in particular:

  • texts, editorial content and documents,
  • graphic elements, logos, images and videos,
  • software, AI agents, models, interfaces and technical architectures,
  • the Le Bureau platform and its features.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, without TalentAI's prior written authorisation, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement.

5. Personal data - GDPR compliance

TalentAI undertakes to comply with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, in particular:

  • the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR EU 2016/679),
  • the French Data Protection Act as amended.

5.1 Data controller

In the context of the website, TalentAI acts as data controller for the data collected.

In the context of the use of the PaaS platform, TalentAI acts as processor, the Client remaining the data controller.

5.2 Data collected

TalentAI may collect the following categories of data:

  • identification data (surname, first name, email, telephone, company),
  • browsing data (IP address, cookies, logs),
  • data necessary for the management of the services.

The data collected is strictly limited to what is necessary in view of the purposes pursued.

5.3 Purposes

  • the performance of the services and contract management,
  • billing and commercial follow-up,
  • the continuous improvement of the services,
