Where the authoritative text lives

This page is an entry point. The binding text is the Privacy Policy, which sets out in full what personal data we collect, why, on what legal basis, who receives it, where it is hosted, and how long it is kept. Where that page and this one could differ, that page governs.

The French version of the Privacy Policy is the legally binding one.

Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right of access, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object. Each is described, with what it covers here, in section 8 of the Privacy Policy.

To exercise any of them, write to contact@spinestudio.dev from the address on your account, saying which right you are exercising. We answer within one month, as the GDPR requires, and there is no fee.

You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
