Mission Control endpoints

Mission Control -- tasks, approvals, and the activity stream -- is currently a dashboard-only feature. There is no public API or MCP tool surface for it in this release. Manage tasks and approvals from https://www.spinestudio.dev/mission-control after signing in. Programmatic access is on the roadmap but is not yet committed to a date.
